| Real Estate Sales Rose Last Month |

 I thought that real estate is not doing that well last month, but surprisingly I found out that actually home sales rose in the u.s.Most of you out there would say that its because of the foreclosures, which is true in a way but more then that its also home sellers that need money selling their home for a really low price. I was reading the Los Angeles Times this morning and the article I was reading just open my eyes and I saw a little different picture. The tax break first time buyers received from the Obama stimulus plan actually drove people to buy homes for the first time at a great price. The tax plan Obama had for us did help so far with stabilising the market, at least it shows last month. If rates will stay low I don't see a reason why first time home buyers will not invest their money in such a great market. Real Estate is low, interest rates are low and the FHA Government programs just make it even better to every first time buyer out there. Bloomberg News survey shows a projection of home sales "Rise". Of course for some families its bad news because they're loosing their homes in foreclosures, REO or short sale, but the market is stabilising and it is great news for all of us. The federal government is doing the best they can to stabilise the market. They're paying financial institutions to modify home loans and help homeowners to save their assets, while they're helping the first time buyers to get into a great investment and live the American dream.
